What is the difference between Hot Toys First Batch Pre Order & Second Batch Pre Order?
- Hot Toys is a Hong Kong-based company, they release their latest product in Hong Kong 2-3 months earlier than other countries, the customer who pre-order the first batch from our store, we are guaranteed to ship it within one business day. For customers who choose second batch pre-order, the dispatch time will be 2-3 months later than the first batch release. To illustrate, say if a product is to be released on 06/07/2019. First batch pre order will be shipped one business day after the release, where second batch preorder will be shipped one month or later.
Why Preorder?
When you place a preorder with Toys Wonderland, we will reserve that figure for you from our incoming shipment. Pre-ordering also provides a better price than an in stock price. Pre-ordering provides the fastest retailing service. In some cases our shipments pre-sell-out so only people who preorder with us are able to receive the items because we don’t have any extras left to list for normal ‘in stock’ sales. For those who are listed as in-stock after the pre-order, the price would be higher than that of the pre-order price.
Pre Order Payment
- Toys Wonderland will only hold the product for 14 days after the product is released by the manufacturer. Should customers fail to complete the remaining deposit and shipping fee. Toys Wonderland reserves the rights to forfeits 100% of the deposit and shipping fee paid.
- Toys Wonderland will refund deposits if there is an official statement from the manufacturer that the item is canceled.Items will only be shipped after the full payment is received Preorder shipping
1.Time for dispatch the order after we receive full payment
- After we receive full payment, we will dispatch the package within 2 business days
2.Definition of Quarters
- First Quarter (1st Qtr.) – January, February, March
- Second Quarter (2nd Qtr.) – April, May, June
- Third Quarter (3rd Qtr.) – July, August, September
- Fourth Quarter (4th Qtr.) – October, November, December
3.What shipping method do we offer?
All orders will be shipped via Registered Air Parcel or EMS offered by Hong Kong Post Office, customers can request Express shipping services, such as DHL or FedEx, but the shipping fee usually 1-2 times more than regular shipping fee, please feel free contact us via email: [email protected]
- Air Parcel Service
- This is our default shipping method. Airmail Parcel is available to all countries and areas. It takes about 6-14 days to reach you depends on your location. The tracking number is enclosed but online checking is not available. Please be aware that a slight delay could happen due to different factors such as customs inspection. No worries! Over 99% of the Parcel arrived in a timely manner.
2.Express Mail Services Speedpost (EMS)
- Express Mail Services (EMS) Speedpost : (Limitation for EMS delivery. There are some countries that are not accessible. For example, some South America Countries, Countries in Africa region.)
- EMS is available to most countries. It usually takes 2 to 5 days to reach depending on your location. Online tracking is available at your local post office website. We recommend this shipping method as it is quick and prevents any unlikely events of loss or damage during delivery from Hong Kong overseas.
Toys Wonderland is not responsible for product delays from the manufacturer, we ship as soon as possible when the product arrives into our warehouse.

ITALY, SPAIN, GERMANY, EASTERN EUROPE, SOUTH AMERICA, AFRICA, AND MIDDLE EAST may take from 10-25 days due to the slow postal services and strict custom clearances.

7.Will I be charged customs and import charges?
- We are not responsible for any customs or import duties that may be requested in order for you to receive your package. These are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

8.Pre Order Cancellation Policy

- If installment plan is applied, customer can cancel an order anytime with Toys Wonderland. However, note that you will lose the non-refundable deposit. You will only receive the remaining balance that you paid
